I wish I had bought two of these. The one I did buy is used exclusively for brushing lard onto my muffin tins. Perfect for the job, but the lard is impossible to get out of the bristles. I'd really like to have another one to clean my coffee bean grinder. It would also be perfect for that job. Wish I could tack it onto an order but it doesn't have free shipping and the shipping is more than the price of the item. *sigh* Nice wooden handle and course bristles.
